शाम्भवी मुद्रा और उसके लाभ

शाम्भवी मुद्रा को भगवान शिव की मुद्रा भी कहा जाता हैजब इस साधना को लम्बे समय तककिया जाता है तो बहुत ज्यादा नींद आने लगती हैइस मुद्रा को करने के बाद साधक घण्टो तक एकआसन पर चेतन अवस्था मे रहकर साधना कर सकते है। जब इस शाम्भवी योग को किया जाता हैतो दोनो आँखे ऊपर मस्तिष्क में चढ़ जाती है और दिव्य प्रकाश के दर्शन भी होने लगते है। 
दृष्टि को दोनों भौहों के मध्य स्थिर करके एकाग्र मन से परमात्मा का चिंतन करें तो ध्यान कीपरिवक्वता होने पर ज्योति दर्शन होता हैयही शाम्भवी मुद्रा हैआत्म साक्षात्कार के आकांक्षीपुरुषों के लिए यह अत्यंत कल्याणकारी मुद्रा है|
शाम्भवी मुद्रा का अभ्यास करने पर आपकी मानसिक क्षमता में इजाफा होता हैयह आपकेमस्तिष्क में जबरदस्त तालमेल बिठाता है जिसके चलते मानसिक क्षमता बढती हैइससे बुद्धीबढती है तथा सिखने की गति भीइसलिए स्टूडेंट्स को तो इसे जरुर करना चाहिएइससे नींद कीगुणवत्ता में भी सुधार आता है याने की आप रात को अच्छी नींद ले पाते हैइसके मात्र 20 से 25मिनट के नियमित अभ्यास से आपके अन्दर ध्यान केन्द्रित करने की क्षमता बढती हैइससेआपका तनाव दूर होता है और आत्मविश्वास में बढ़ोतरी होती है | इसके अभ्यास से मासिक धर्म कीअनियमितताचिड़चिड़ापनरक्त का बहुत ज्यादा स्त्राव आदि लक्षणों में सुधार देखने को मिला है|
इससे मानसिक और भावनात्मक सेहत सुधरती हैइसके नियमित अभ्यास से मधुमेहसिरदर्द,मोटापाथाइरॉयड आदि में दिक्कत होती हैइससे दिल की सेहत सुधरती है और दिल के रोग होनेका खतरा कम होता हैइससे उर्जा का स्तर 80% तक बढ़ जाता है|
Wear loose fitting clothes which does not constrict you in any way. Sit on a smooth surface , in a comfortable meditation pose. This is to eliminate sense of touch/feeling.
Put your thumbs in your ears and palm your eyes with your middle and fourth finger.
Now do Om Chant with an audible mmmmmm.You will feel intense vibrations inside your ear. 
Now select a silent, not so bright, cool place space, where there are no strong smells. This is to prevent any input of sense of hearing/sense/ smell. If you can even feel the clock ticking-put  ear plugs –only if you are a beginner.
Keep the head, shoulder and spine upright and straight. And place the hands on the knees in (Jyana Mudra). Upright is to keep the spirit level in the inner ear at equilibrium so that your brain lobes get balanced and synchronized.Shut your eyes. No need to be cockeyed .
Simply be mindful of in-and-out diaphrgmic breathing where you stomach rises and falls. You may feel that your breathing is too short, too long, too gentle or too heavy.  Do not try to control it.  
When you become distracted, gently refocus your attention on your breathing.   Restrict your attention to what is occurring in the immediate present moment.   
When you feel you have blocked out all ahara via your senses of smell, sight, hearing and feeling, take a deep breath where you fill your lungs only 90 % and hold it. Put your tongue on your upper palate and tickle it for just 2 seconds and stop.
Now start exhaling very slowly while keeping the tip of your tongue stationary on the roof of your mouth.Don't think about the past or future— don't think about anything at all. Let go of worries, concerns , and memories. Empty your mind of everything.  
Do this 3 more times. This means you inhale again , hold your breath and do the same thing.
Later on you do not need to hold your breath and you can do this procedure for longer time , without ear plugs and your eyes open against a blank far away wall of your room.Do this exercise 5 times a day. You must not have a full stomach. You can drink some water before you do this.
