पाशिनी मुद्रा [ PASHINI MUDRA ]


पाशिनी मुद्रा तथा उसके लाभ

दोनों पांवों को कंठ के पीछे की ओर ले जाकर उन्हें परस्पर मिलाएं और पाश के समान दृढ़ता से बांधलेंइसके अभ्यास से भी कुण्डलिनी शक्ति के जागरण में बहुत सुगमता हो जाती है तथा साधक केशरीर में बल और पुष्टि का आविर्भाव होता हैमानसिक बलवर्द्धन में भी यह बहुत हितकर है |
Do the halasana. From this position bend the knees and bring the thighs towards the chest and touches the ears, shoulders. Wrap the arms tightly around the back of the legs. Place the head between the knees. Close the eyes and relax the whole body in this position. Breathe slowly and deeply. Slowly release the arms and come back into halasana position. Lower the legs and relax in shavasana.
 People who suffer from any spinal condition should avoid this practice.
 The nervous system works well. It stretches the spine and the back muscles and stimulates all the spinal nerves in and around the spine. It massages all the abdominal organs...................................................हर हर महादेव
